Ready to launch your first coupon campaign but not sure what you need? Look no further.

  1. Offer.
Considerations for the dollar value of your offer should include clearing and redemption costs.
  2. Print limit and prints per user.
Industry-standard is two prints per user but for high-value offers, you may consider one per user.
  3. Barcode.
For Print@Home your barcode will be generated by your clearinghouse or barcode company.  For universal digital you can access your barcodes, when complete, via your Qples account or your Coupon Bureau Account.
  4. Legal.
You should receive your legal text from your clearing house.
  5. Product image.
This image is a sample image of the product(s) associated with your offer. Image specs can be found in the Graphic Specs.
  6. Brand image.
Image specs can be found in the Graphic Specs.
  7. Campaign dates.
This date range is the dates in which the coupon can be printed.
  8. Expiration date.
This is the date in which the coupon can be redeemed at a retailer. The expiration date can be “hard,” mean no matter when the coupon is printed, the consumer has until a specific date to redeem, or “rolling,” meaning the consumer has a certain number of days from the time of print.
