Creating a Campaign

The following basics will be covered in this article.

Coupon Creation

1. Visit Create Campaign in upper left-hand corner of the dashboard.

2. Complete the coupon detail fields: coupon savings, campaign description, etc.

• Title: Save $1.00, Buy One Get One Free, etc...
• Description: This is the description for the offer and works with the Title. For ex.."On any ONE (1) of my products"
• Total Savings in Cents: If your coupon is good for $1.00 then you would input it as 100.
• Brand: use the drop down to select the brand this coupon is good for. If you do not se your brand contact your Qples rep for help.
• Coupons Per User: While we recommend 1 coupon per user you can set this to any number you prefer.
• Discoverable: If you set this to yes, then your coupon will appear in the discover tab of the Grocery Coupon Network mobile app and also on the Grocery Coupon Network website gallery.
• Start Date & End Date: Use the calendar picker to select the start and end date of the campaign.

3. Enter your Digital Details – Your Coupon Bureau account should linkied to your Qples acccount. If you have not done this yet, or have questison about The Coupon Bureau please go here to handle that first.

*If you are not creating a digital coupon you can click "Skip Digital" to move on.

• Legal Text:  Copy and paste your legal text for the digital coupon.
• Select your Master Offer File:  Any 8112 Master Offer files that you have authorized Qples to have access to will show up.  

4. Enter your Print-at-Home details.

*If you are not creating a print@home coupon you can click "Skip Print@Home" to move on.

• Total Prints: The maximum number of prints your want to allow for this coupon
• Expiration Date: Select your expriatration date. You can either set a fixed date or a rolling date.
• Legal Text: Copy and paste your legal text for the print@home coupon
• Enter your barcode: You can copy the full GS1 databar or select "Use Barcode Image" to upload the barcode as an image

5. Select/ Upload your Brand Logo.

6. Select/ Upload your Product Image.

7. Click “Finish” and you have yourself a coupon!

Campaign Distribution Links

Distribution links get your coupons out into the world. Simply copy your link from the action tab and you are ready to post yout coupon.

select the “Action” button to the right of your coupon and click on “Distribution Links”.

Additional distribution links can be created created by clicking "Add New Link"

Fill in the details for the new link and select your Qube

• Link Name: Give the link a name. This is only internal to help you with tracking.
• Qube: Select the Qube user experience you want to use. This is what the coupon landing page looks like.
• Optional Tracking Pixels: If you have 3rd party tracking code you can place it in the two spots.
